Registration
The platform accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta cards (please note we do not accept American Express or Diners cards). After completing the registration form and reviewing the terms and conditions, you will be taken to the payment page. Complete the payment and following successful payment you will see confirmation of this payment on the screen.
Following this, it is essential that you click the green ‘CONTINUE’ button for all of your registration information to be saved. After clicking on this ‘CONTINUE’ button you will be taken to the final confirmation page with the ECVP logo. On receipt of your registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent to your registered email address. This confirmation email can also be used as a receipt. If you are unable to pay via the online store, please contact ecvp2024@abdn.ac.uk for assistance.
Abstract submission
The acknowledgement email (with title “ECVP 2024: Registration Confirmation”, please check your spam folder if you did not receive it) will also contain a link to submit your abstract at the Submission Portal. Participants can submit one abstract as a first author (in addition to already accepted symposium contributions). From April 19th onwards, you will still be able to register, but abstract submission will be no longer possible.
ImportantStudent Registration requires a valid documentation proving registered student status (student’s ID Card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution) which will need to be uploaded on the registration platform.
Registration fees
Early Bird Registration closed at 23.59 (latest time zone on Earth) on the 19th April 2024.
The final deadline for the Late Registration is the 18th of August.

The Student (undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD-level) and Academic (including PostDocs) fee include attendance at the conference, refreshments and lunch at the conference, attendance at the Welcome Lecture, Illusion Night and Farewell Party.
All fees are in GBP (VAT has been applied where appropriate).
Reimbursement and Cancellations
In case that an abstract is not accepted, a full refund of the registration fees will be provided upon request.
