- The Tutorials will take place at the University of Aberdeen university campus (Sir Duncan Rice Library).
- Perception Lecture and Opening Reception will take place at Music Hall.
- The Perceptio-Nite will take place at OGV Taproom.
- The Illusion Night will take place at Aberdeen Art Gallery.
- The Conference Dinner will take place at Beach Ballroom.
- The Farewell Party will take place at Union Kirk.
Unless otherwise noted, all remaining conference events will be held at P&J Live.

Lunch will be provided from 12:00 to 1:30pm from August 26th to 29th.
Coffee and refreshments will be available from 9:00 to 9:30am and from 3:00 to 3:30pm on these dates.
