We are aware that attending ECVP (and conferences in general) is expensive, especially for students. ECVP 2024 is planning to offer several (possibly partial) travel/fee reimbursements to facilitate attending the conference in Aberdeen.
We will prioritise applications from students coming from low-income countries, as well as from early-career researchers who are temporarily without a salary (e.g., people looking for a position after finishing their PhD).
Funding requests should be submitted as part of the abstract submission process (deadline 19th of April 2024). You will be asked to submit your CV (one A4-page maximum), a short statement of motivation (250 words maximum), and an academic support letter.
Successful applicants are expected to attend the conference in person (otherwise funding will be re-allocated).
Applicants will be notified about the outcome by May 31st 2024.
